Swimwear:

• Our dress code requires that swimwear is worn in the sauna.

Towels:

• one towel to sit on for good hygiene

• another for drying afterwards

Water Bottle:

• Water is supplied but you may wish to bring a bottle for afterwards.

We have a large changing space next to the sauna, with private individual changing areas. There are storage units for your personal belongings whilst in the sauna.

You are more than welcome to arrive up to 10 minutes before your session starts to get changed.

There are alfresco cold water showers located on the sauna decking.

There is access to toilets located close to the sauna facility.

Yes, there is plenty of parking available, free of charge, in the Life Fit car park, which you are allowed to use.

If are booked into a session but can no longer attend you can cancel from your xxxxx account. You will receive a credit to rebook if it is outside of the 24 hour cancellation window. We do not offer money refunds.

Yes, your session fee includes full use of both the sauna and the cold plunge pools during your booked session time.

Guests must be at least 18 years old for the community sessions.

For Private bookings, guests must be at least 12 years old to use the sauna. Anyone aged 12 to 17 must be accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult (18+) at all times.
