Acceptance of Terms

• By accessing our website, making a booking, or attending a session, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

  All participants must complete and accept the Near Wild Sauna Health & Safety Waiver before attending. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have read, understood, and accepted the waiver and that you are medically fit to participate.

  Eligibility & Participation

  • Participants must be at least 16 years old.

  • Participants aged 16–17 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.

  • Participants are responsible for ensuring they are medically fit to use the sauna and cold plunge facilities.

  • Completion of the Near Wild Sauna Health & Safety Waiver is a condition of participation.

  • Near Wild Sauna reserves the right to refuse admission where participation may present a health or safety risk.

  Cancellation Policy

  Communal Sessions

  • Bookings may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the session start time.

  • Cancellations made outside the 24-hour window will receive booking credit for future use.

  • No cash refunds are provided for communal sessions.

  • Cancellations or changes made within 24 hours of the session start time are not permitted.

  Private Hire

  • More than 14 days' notice: full refund.

  • 7–14 days' notice: 50% refund.

  • Less than 7 days' notice: no refund.

  Cancellation by Near Wild Sauna

  If Near Wild Sauna cancels a session for any reason, customers will be offered either:

  • a full refund; or

  • booking credit for future use.

  Arrival & Late Arrival

  • Please arrive at least 5 minutes before your session start time.

  • Late arrivals may be refused entry where admission would disrupt the session or compromise safety.

  • No refund or credit will be provided for missed sessions or late arrivals.

  Conduct & Safety Rules

  Guests must:

  • follow all instructions provided by staff;

  • sit on a towel whilst using the sauna;

  • limit sauna sessions to a maximum of 20 minutes at a time;

  • use only water provided by Near Wild Sauna on the sauna stove;

  • remove hanging jewellery before entering the sauna;

  • remove footwear before entering the sauna;

  • report any accidents, injuries, hazards, or safety concerns to staff immediately.

  Guests must not:

  • consume alcohol whilst using the facilities;

  • enter the facilities whilst intoxicated;

  • bring their own essential oils, fragrances, or products for use in the sauna;

  • behave in a manner that may endanger themselves or others.

  Commercial Use

  • Bookings are for personal use only.

  • Sessions may not be resold or used for commercial activities, workshops, classes, facilitation, filming, content creation, organised events, or business purposes without prior written consent from Near Wild Sauna.

  Right to Refuse Service

  Near Wild Sauna reserves the right to refuse admission, remove participants, or end a session without refund where:

  • health and safety concerns arise;

  • a participant appears intoxicated;

  • a participant behaves in an unsafe, disruptive, abusive, or inappropriate manner; or

  • these Terms & Conditions or staff instructions are not followed.

  Personal Belongings

  • Personal belongings are brought onto the premises at the owner's risk.

  • Near Wild Sauna accepts no responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged belongings.

  Bookings & Payment

  • All bookings must be paid for in advance unless otherwise agreed.

  • Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.

  • A booking is only confirmed once payment has been successfully received.

  • Near Wild Sauna reserves the right to correct pricing errors and cancel bookings made at incorrect prices.

  Gift Cards

  • Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated.

  • Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash.

  • Any unused balance remains available until the expiry date.

  • Near Wild Sauna reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or invalidate any gift card suspected of fraud, tampering, or misuse.

  Website & Online Accounts

  By creating an account or making a booking, you confirm that:

  • all information provided is accurate and up to date;

  • you will keep your account information updated; and

  • you will not impersonate another person or use false information.

  All content on the Near Wild Sauna website, including text, images, branding, logos, and intellectual property, remains the property of Near Wild Sauna or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.

  Liability

  Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under English law.

  Subject to the above:

  • participation in sauna, cold plunge, guided ritual, and related activities is undertaken entirely at your own risk; and

  • Near Wild Sauna shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, or economic losses arising from the use of its facilities or website.

  Changes to These Terms

  Near Wild Sauna reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website.

  Governing Law

  These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
